so impaired, but so aware

I'm in one of those things again where I can't write everything down because I'm afraid someone will read it but I can't keep it all in my head because I just can't and I shouldn't and I hate it when I get like this so much. I'm listening to the Rocket Summer but it really isn't helping much.
